The lobby is beautifully. Loved the display of animals, the decorations. There was a short supply of towels in the swimming area. Otherwise we had a great stay.

The bed was comfortable. There is a delay in changing the tv channels which got annoying. The breakfast left more to want. Wish they would add bacon and some eggs to the list. The property is nice but it is showing its dating. I think the bathroom needs to be redone. Not enough lighting or a fan. The bathtub is surprisingly high so I almost hurt myself getting in the shower and it’s a big step down getting out. Not the ideal situation for an elderly person. Also housekeeping needs to pay attention when cleaning and make sure to check under the beds. I happened to lift the bedskirt and there was some trash and even a cracker right when you lifted the bed skirt.

Very nice Northwoods themed hotel with large pool area. We spent a night at the Quality Inn which was horrible but were able to book a room at the Waters of Minocqua which was a god-send. Room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Walkable to down town Minocqua were we had several options for food and drink. All in all a great time!

We enjoyed our stay here, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and we had free electricity for our electric vehicle. The only observation for improvement: have a small nightlight in the bathroom.

We LOVED staying at The Waters. The relaxing north woods lodge atmosphere and numerous amenities (including on site dining and a coffee shop serving Starbucks) was exactly what we needed after an 8 hour drive.
The staff are amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to assure guests have an outstanding experience.
The rooms are newly renovated, thoughtfully designed with families in mind and SUPER CLEAN. Rooms are well insulated /soundproof-we were never disturbed by our neighbors despite staying during “peak” weekend hours.
We will definitely be back.

The room, while rustic themed, was gross… the bathtub was dirty, the couch had a hole in it, there were stains on the carpet… I won’t be back!

Had a good time. Staff was decently friendly. Toddler swimming area is great for little ones. Indoor/outdoor hottub is AWESOME especially at night when its cold outside. A bit disappointed that we put the sign on our door to request maid service but they did the rooms around us and just ignored it apparently. Food was okay. Would be amazing if they had eggs/sausage type of options for breakfast but the waffles were delicious. Newly renovated 3rd floor rooms were spacious and nice. Only bummer in the rooms was that the bathtub didnt actually plug so the kids couldnt take a bath all weekend. Love the big bear in the lobby and the Starbucks drink options. Bartenders were super great and friendly!

Family oriented facility with a relaxing lounge-- customized with a dual fireplace. Starbucks Coffee shop, indoor family pool with inside/outside adult jacuzzi. Rear of facility leads to walkable wooded trail. Excellent service by all Waters of Minocqua staff.
